Abdulhakim Altamimi
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Abdulhakim Altamimi is an aviation executive, entrepreneur, and former senior government leader with more than four decades of experience spanning aviation, international business, investment, strategic leadership, and public sector transformation.
His aviation career began with professional pilot training in the United States, establishing the technical foundation that would shape a lifelong career in the aviation industry. Over the years, he has worked across multiple sectors of aviation, developing extensive experience in aircraft operations, maintenance oversight, international business development, commercial negotiations, and executive leadership.
In addition to his private sector achievements, Mr. Altamimi held senior government leadership positions, where he was entrusted with overseeing major strategic initiatives and large-scale transformation programs. His responsibilities required the management of complex stakeholder environments, governance frameworks, regulatory oversight, and high-value commercial projects, experience that continues to influence Prolink’s disciplined approach to managing international aircraft transactions.
Throughout his career, he has built trusted relationships with government authorities, financial institutions, aviation professionals, manufacturers, operators, and business leaders across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and North America.
